Meet the Maker
First, Thank You! for taking the time to learn more about my journey with Brazy Wickz! My name is Kelsie and I am from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My love for candles dates back as far as I can remember, as I have always been drawn to their scents and colors. In the past, I would eagerly await Bath & Body Works' candle sales to purchase as many as I could afford and burn throughout my home.
During a visit to a friend's house, her mother, who is also a candle enthusiast, was melting down some Bath & Body Works candles. My friend expressed her dislike for her mother burning those candles, as they were found to be toxic. I initially argued that it was just a scent and a wick, and what could be so harmful? However, I conducted my research and discovered that the wax, fragrance, and wicks in those candles contained harmful toxins that were released into the air when burned.
Determined to find a safe and natural way to make candles, I began researching and ultimately founded Brazy Wickz!
All of our candles are hand-poured with love and pride in Ontario, Canada. What sets us apart from other candle makers are three critical factors:
First, our waxes are safe for breathing. We exclusively use soy wax and beeswax.
Second, our wicks are all-natural, made from hemp, wood, or HTP.
Finally, we offer an incredible range of fragrances for our customers to choose from.
